Thomas is a very smart boy with a charismatic personality who can engage anyone in an enjoyable conversation. Thomas enjoys spending one on one time with others, especially getting a hug to start and end his day. At times he has the ability to patiently teach others how to play games and create arts and crafts. Out of the home, he attends Karate and other activities in school to build his strength and coordination. He also attends religious education classes and the Boys and Girls Club. He enjoys drinking tea like an adult as he relaxes. Thomas has been known to help to cook meals in the kitchen and suggest tasty desserts to follow. He looks forwards to attending school with the one on one support services he has in class. Thomas has experienced difficult events in his life. He is learning new skills to express his emotions safely and build up his confidence. Thomas would do best with an adoptive family who is willing to participate in therapy and who can provide love, consistency, and a strong sense of security.
