Stephen is a Project Manager and Andrea is a Software Quality Assurance Analyst. Stephen and Andrea have been married since April, 2006. They have two sons from a previous marriage, a 14 year old, and a 10 year old. Both of the boys enjoy and interact well with younger children and are very excited about the possibility of having a little sister! Stephen enjoys being outdoors, hunting, fishing, or any type of sports, working on the computer and watching movies. He is caring, demonstrative, outgoing and positive! Andrea enjoys the outdoors too, gardening, singing, music, reading and church activities. She is positive, encouraging, outgoing and loving. They are open to a female sibling group, and feel they are able to parent a child with moderate behavior, mental health or learning issues. Stephen and Andrea feel very blessed and would love to share their lives with a child in need.
Stephen and Andrea would like to adopt up to one, female child, of Asian, Biracial, Caucasian, Hispanic or Native American descent, between the ages of 0 to 9. They feel capable of accepting the following conditions: ADD, ADHD, adjustment disorder, anxiety disorder, asthma, attachment disorder, cerebral palsy mild, conduct disorder, deaf, depression, developmental delays, diabetes, drug exposed, eating disorders, mild to moderate emotional, encopresis, enuresis, fetal alcohol syndrome, heart murmur, hydrocephalic, hyperactivity, learning disability, macrocephalic, microcepalic, missing limbs, mood disorder, obsessive compulsive disorder, oppositional defiant disorder (ODD), physically abused, reactive attachment disorder (RAD), runaway, scoliosis, shaken baby syndrome, and sickle cell.
