What is Wear Blue Day?
Wear Blue Day is Wednesday, April 9! Join us on April 9 and wear blue. The color blue has represented child abuse awareness since 1989 when a woman named Virginia tied a blue ribbon to her car's antenna after her grandson died as a result of child abuse. April has become the national month in which organizations around the US bring awareness to child abuse prevention.
