26 Books to Read with Children About Adoption
Each November we celebrate National Adoption Month. This annual campaign seeks to increase awareness of adoption, bring attention to the need for adoptive families for teens experiencing the U.S. foster care system, and emphasize the value of lifelong connections. This year we’ve collected a list of 26 children’s books to read with children about adoption, foster care, families, emotions, and more ! If you would like to check out any of these books at the Toledo Lucas County Public Library, start here.
