William (Aka- Matt) is an energetic pre-teen who needs a loving and stable home with a forever family. Matt is a child with special needs but shows a curious personality. Matt will do best with a family that will provide him structure and stability. Matt is challenged by being non-verbal and has overcome his disability with the use of some sign language and using picture words. Matt is known to use one word which is “mama”. Matt tends to be spirited and athletic and enjoys school. He does take direction well and is eager to comply with prompts and instruction. His favorite pastime is food and he has many favorites which include macaroni and cheese and mashed potatoes. Matt will capture your heart with his soulful and trusting eyes. The family that does choose Matt needs to be prepared to provide extensive care however his smile and hugs will provide the family with a reward like no other.
